When you need a nerd to help you with your technical challenges installing, upgrading, maintaining, or repairing your data networks and devices, I am the nerd you want. I have over 4 decades of experience in computers and electronics. I have repaired communications systems and machinery controls in the U.S. Navy. I have repaired video and data networks for school districts. I have developed software using GPS, web scrubbing, and database technology for a medium-sized taxi company. I have maintained and repaired circuit board production testers and product fallout. I have installed and supported hundreds of personal computers for customers of Sears and Radio Shack. I have developed software to automate Amateur Radios and police scanners via RS-232, as well as an application to automate the maintenance of a general topics news website.

I AM a nerd! No doubt about it. Not a bit ashamed of it. I am attracted to computers and technology, and over the years, I have gotten quite good at it. But unlike the stereotype, I am still friendly, patient, helpful, and humble. I am encouraging, not insulting.

After years of working for others, and having some health challenges, I took a bit of a “break” and started DoorDashing (GrubHub, UberEats, etc.). But the time has come for me to get back into helping others with their technology.
